Return Policy
Unlike many companies we will refund 100% of the purchase price prior to the generators shipment. After shipment we will refund 100% of generator sale minus the cost of shipping* -- These returns will be paid in 3 payments over a 3 month period.
In the unlikely event that you may return your large commercial generator purchase, we will refund your money in 3 payments over a 3 month period.
Please be advised that we protect ourselves from our competitors. So to discourage people from ordering many generators and canceling for a refund we will return the deposit for all multiple generator orders in 3 payments over a 3 month period. You must receive prior consent from us before cancellation. This enables us to restock and resell your order
We encourage all of our customers to please search the market thoroughly before making your purchase. Do all of your price comparing and make all of the necessary calls so you are fully educated prior to your purchase. It is both an inconvenience to you and to us if you decide to cancel your order.
